About Us

Welcome to generation next coaching! I’m so glad you’re here...

Meet The Coach

My name is Erica MacDonald, founder of Generation Next Coaching, and I’m passionate about success – your success. I am here to help you find answers by capitalizing on your strengths while teaching skills to overcome obstacles.

Success: it’s human to want it.
What does that goal look like for you?
How do you find personal fulfillment without understanding what you’re passionate about or what makes you shine?
And most importantly, how do you briskly effect change?

‘Through compassionate, tailored coaching with a focus on skill-building’

I provide a safe space. Together, with a focus on a growth mindset, we aim to improve issues related to executive functioning, emotional regulation, career aspirations, and relationship dynamics.

(Refer to Areas of Focus for specifics.)

Why Me

Perhaps you’ve come upon this space because you’ve just been diagnosed as neurodiverse later in life. Or maybe you’ve struggled for years to find a stable path toward personal fulfillment, only to continually end up at an impasse—never understanding why—and are starting to suspect neurodiversity as the reason.

You’re processing a lot of thoughts and emotions all at once. I know exactly how that feels. I wasn’t diagnosed until my mid-50s, asking those same questions for years. With excellent therapeutic support, I found, as the French philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre described so eloquently, “On the other side of despair, life begins.”

I am committed to helping others find their chosen path and would be honored to help you find yours.
