How I work / Influences
A lifelong learner, I approach my work using multiple disciplines and modalities from my own personal lived experience, including but not limited to: Stoicism, Maslow’s Hierarchy, Existentialism, Somatic Theory, Mindfulness, Meditation, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Therapeutic Journaling, and Polyvagal Theory.
We start with a 20-minute informational call to see if it’s a good fit. If we decide the fit is right, we create a plan together.
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or any other type of mental health care. Coaching does not substitute for professional advice such as medical, legal, financial, or other matters. The client should seek independent professional guidance for such matters.
